issued a
read-out
including that
"President
Santos
hand-delivered
a letter, also
signed by
Costa Rica,
Jamaica and
Panama,
concerning
maritime
issues in the
Caribbean
Sea."

a "short and
simple
question: did

did it assert

Santos. They
discussed the
on-going peace
process
between the
Government of
Colombia and
the
Revolutionary
Armed Forces
of Colombia
(FARC).
They

the MDG’s as
well as its
contribution
to building a

development
agenda.
