FEDERAL COURT,
March 2 – Minutes

impeachment trial in
the U.S. Senate, insurrectionist Domenic
Pezzola was ordered
detained until
trial by
Magistrate
Judge Robin M.
Meriweather.
Inner City
Press live
tweeted it, below. There
was an appeal.
Now on March 2,
Emanuel
Jackson who is
depicted
hitting a Capitol
Police officer with
a bat
was ordered
released by
Chief Judge Beryl
A. Howell.

it here:
DDC Chief Judge asks why US wants
detention when let Leffingwell, also with
memory loss, is out.
Jackson's lawyer: He hasn't been engaged in
any criminal conduct soon. So he should be
released with conditions. Chief Judge Howell:
He was photographed striking an officer with a
baseball bat.
Chief Judge Howell: His IQ is in the 5th
percentile. It's said he cannot make
responsible decisions for itself.
[It seems the US is making a plea offer in
this case]
Chief Judge Howell: Mr. Jackson is
friendly. Out of nowhere, he joined in the
riot on January 6. He had a bat placed in his
hands. He'll pay a serious price for that. The
defense says supportive housing is awaiting.
Chief Judge Howell: He turned himself in to
the FBI when they didn't know where he was.
The professional staff at the transitional
housing can ensure he is not in a big
political crowd, riotous mayhem.
Chief Judge Howell: So Mr. Jackson, you are
going to be release
We'll
have more on
this.
