Jan 21 – Robert Bauer and his
trucker cousin Ed Hemenway,
who "recalled staying on the
same level of the U.S.
Capitol, while inside the
building," appeared on
January 21 before U.S.
District Court for the
District of Columbia
Magistrate Judge G. Michael
Harvey.
