EDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 11 – Mustafa Goklu is on
trial for money laundering,
with DEA Bitcoin evidence,
before U.S. District Court for
the Eastern District of New
York Judge Pamela Ki Mai Chen.
On October
4 Inner City Press, now
covering the EDNY Federal
court in Brooklyn with a pass
at least as to US v. Barrack,
when to cover it.
A DEA agent was
on the witness stand,
narrating his sales of Bitcoin
to Guklu for cash, for a seven
percent fee.
The audio tapes
played included the sound of
money counters, and
negotiations as to price.
On October 11,
the jury returned guilty
verdicts on both counts,
