UNITED
NATIONS,
June 15 --
Friday Inner
City Press exclusively
reported that
General Robert
Mood is coming
to New York
and will brief
the UN
Security
Council about
Syria,
which China's
Permanent
Representative
Li Baodong
told Inner
City Press
after a
televised
stakeout
question-and-answer.
Now
Inner City
Press can
report that
Mood's mission
in Syria has
"moved to a
posture of
presence in
all Team Sites
and in
Damascus
headquarters,
limiting
mobile
activities."

Ban Ki-moon's
"Note on the
Operations of
the
United Nations
Supervision
Mission in
Syria"
submitted to
the
Security
Council "on
behalf of the
Department of
Peacekeeping
Operations,"
with its
fourth French
leader in a
row, Herve
Ladsous.
The
Note, as
obtained by
Inner City
Press, states:
"Note
on
the Operations
of the United
Nations
Supervision
Mission in
Syria
(UNSMIS)
"In
view
of the upsurge
in armed
conflict
between the
Government and
the
armed
opposition in
Syria over the
past days,
UNSMIS has
decided to
reassess its
posture and
activities in
light of the
inability to
perform its
mandated
functions. As
of 1800 local
time on 15
June
2012, UNSMIS
moved to a
posture of
presence in
all Team Sites
and in
Damascus
headquarters,
limiting
mobile
activities and
engagement to
case-by-case
consideration.
A return to
normal
operations
remains
UNSMIS'
objective, and
the decision
will be
regularly
reviewed as
the
situation
evolves on the
ground."

some, this
seems
like the
beginning of
the end. Watch
