UN GATE, Sept 6 – The United
Nations in the time of Antonio
Guterres has devolved not only
into corruption
and censorship,
but also racism, including
as regards French
neo-colony Cameroon.
Guterres has refused to
answer Inner
City Press' questions aboutt
Cameroon,
and about anti-African
racism in
China. Now the
stories come
together:
Cameroon
forward John
Mary and his
club Shenzhen
FC charged
on Saturday
that he was
racially
abused during
a Chinese
Super League
match against
Shanghai
Shenhua.
Mary alleged
that the abuse
came from the
Shenhua bench
and Shenzhen
have made a
complaint to
the Chinese
Football
Association.
The
27-year-old player
said
that the
incident,
which
allegedly took
place during
Friday's 0-0 tie
in Dalian, was
"disgusting".
Mary was the
one sent off
in the 91st
minute after
remonstrating
with the
Shenhua bench.
Shenzhen hope
the red card
will be
overturned.
"I've been
insulted
because of
what I am,
being a black
man," said
Mary, who played
in Thai,
Serbian and
Slovenian leagues before
moving to
China with
Meizhou Hakka
in 2018.
He joined
Shenzhen,
coached by
Jordi Cruyff,
in July last
year.
Guterres
not only helps cover
up Paul Biya's
killing of
civilians in
Cameroon - he
has also
refused to
answer Press
questions
about anti-African
racism,
worsening amid
COVID-19.
Inner City
Press first published
Guterres memo to UN staff to
not join the George Floyd
protests, here, and noted that
his Spokesperson Stephane
Dujarric's "press briefings,"
as controlled by UN Global
Communicator Melissa Fleming,
have no African journalists,
no questions about South Sudan
or DRC or Cameroon, which
killed journalist Samuel
Wazizi. There was Fleming's
precessor stealing
member states' money meant for
Swahili broadcasting, and
recent colonial

ACCOUNT."
Now this,
immediately leaked to and now
published by Inner City Press

Subject: Interim
suspension of the United
Nations Survey on Racism
Dear
Colleagues,
On 19 August, the United
Nations Survey on Racism was
sent to all staff members as
part of the Organization’s
campaign of dialogue and
action to eradicate racism and
promote dignity within the
United
Nations.
The survey has been taken
offline following a number of
legitimate concerns raised by
staff on some of the content
of the survey and we regret
any pain and distress it has
caused. We fully understand
their frustration and
acknowledge the need to
further approach the issue of
race and ethnic identity with
greater sensitivity and
awareness.
Taking into account the
genuine concerns expressed by
staff, we are reviewing the
content of the survey and will
communicate when the survey
will be
relaunched.
We take this opportunity to
thank staff for their frank
feedback as part of a deep and
open discussion on the issue
of racism and racial
discrimination in the United
Nations.
Thank you for your patience
and
understanding.
Yours
sincerely,
Office of Human
Resources Office of the
UN Ombudsman and Mediation
Service."
Why does
Guterres not resign, other
than the bribe money and free
/ publicly funded vacations he
can keep milking out of the
Organization:
Back on
June 23 UN staff disgusted at
Guterres who they call a
racist leaked to Inner City
Press (which asked Guterres
and Dujarric about it but they
canceled their briefing, not
answer this or the admission
by an alleged war criminal he
used them and UNCA to ban the
Press) a "dubious" racial
survey sent to their bosses,
who are complicit in roughing
up and banning Press, for war
criminal and to cover up
corruption: "Sent: Monday,

Dear Heads
of Entities, Departments &
Offices,
In its resolution 68/237, the
United Nations General
Assembly proclaimed that
despite the efforts and
initiatives undertaken by
Member States to prohibit
discrimination and segregation
and to engender the full
enjoyment of economic, social
and cultural as well as civil
and political rights, millions
of human beings continue to be
victims of racism, racial
discrimination, xenophobia and
related intolerance, including
their contemporary systemic
manifestations, some of which
take violent
forms.
Having recognized the
importance of this statement
and its resonance with the
realities of people of African
descent throughout the world,
and being fully cognizant of
the fact that our organization
cannot profess to stand for
‘We, the People of the world’
... We are asking you to
please share the link to this
survey found at UNPAD Survey
throughout your respective
entities, departments and
offices for your staff to
complete." The process, the
staff say, is dubious and
lacks credibility like
Guterres
On
June 8, when Guterres was
asked the question of his own
staff and ex-staff's view of
him as a colonial racist, he
rebuffed the questions and did
not answer, on way from
mansion to Mercedes. Video here.
Since then,
this letter to the editor:
"Dear Editor of Inner City
Press. I was reading you
recent article regarding the
UN Memo to staff not to join
the George Floyd protests
(link here),
and how this was later
corrected after internal
criticism, but then I
wondered, what benefit can
come from writing about the
United Nations and Racism, if
the UN verbally denounces
Racism to mobilise resources,
but behind these words and lip
service, the UN is manifested
with Racism?
Since you
published your investigative
article in 2019 about the UN
Capital Development Fund
(UNCDF) (link here)
and how the entire Management
structure of this
organisation, mostly hired -by
their unqualified Executive
Secretary-Judith Karl-
are white and from North
Countries, even-though
the main purpose of this UN
organisation is to serve
the Least Developed
Countries. You mentioned
in your article how staff of
color and staff from the south
were targeted, discriminated
against and let go from
service at UNCDF to allow the
Executive Secretary to hire
new white staff from the
North. You articulated
how racism was practiced at
UNCDF and you provided
evidence, you described the
financial and managerial
corruption being conducted at
UNCDF with evidence, yet, not
one official UN investigation
was conducted or news
of. The United Nations
is a Lip Service. Before the
UN denounces Racism in the
USA, they should denounce and
hold Racists accountable at
their own management.
Considering previous trends,
the UN, the UNDP as Managing
Director of UNCDF and his
Office of Audit and
Investigation will not take
any action with hopes
that the story is not picked
up by the news until this
trend related to Racism fades
away. In conclusion Mr.
Editor, what benefit can come
from writing about the UN and
Racism. You are talking to a
Lip Service Agency. Don't
expect Actions. p.s.
Stay well. I do appreciate
your reporting, and we will
continue to support you."
While the
UN and Guterres use Africa to
raise most of their money
(while providing no
accountability to those raped
in Central African Republic,
and given COVID-19 in South
Sudan by UN busses with
no
social distancing),
there has not been a single
African journalist on any of
the virtual noon briefing held
by Guterres' spokesman
Stephane Dujarric.
At the IMF
virtual briefing on April 15,
transcript here,
there were questions taken
from journalists in Ghana, and
Inner City Press' questions
taken by name on Cote d'Ivoire
and Zambia, on which Dujarric
not only didn't answer the
question Inner City Press
submitted in three format, but
blocked Inner City Press on
Twitter and on WhatsApp
through which he said he took
questions. The overall
blocking, and exclusion of
these questions, is
perpetuated by Melissa
Fleming, also broadcasting
from a huge apartment.
Guterres' UN is racist, a
censor, and a fraud. It should
be defunded, like and beyond
WHO. Its censorship,
particuarly now, cannot be
allowed to continue. Watch
this site.
