General? Well, on Libya when
he met Mohammed
El-Taher
Hammuda Siala
back on
February 8,
his bogus read
out spoke of
"progress"
since the
Berlin
conference,
which he used
as an excuse
to stop over

Lisbon.

government

interests of
all Libyans
and welcomed
the commitment
of the Prime
Minister
designate to
include at
least 30 per
cent women in
the new
government." This
last from the
old man who
stole the SG
post from
women in 2016,
and now seeks
to steal it
again, while
banning the
Press.

sent to Libya
by desperate
Guterres, with no envoy
on Western
Sahara and

commitment and
outstanding
leadership of
