EDNY
/ SDNY, March 14 -- There were crimes
all over but only some were being
prosecuted. In Ukraine the talk was of
war crimes and rightly so. But the UN
kangaroo courts people cited too were
intentionally toothless, and
co-conspirators like Antonio Guterres
were permitted to stand by microphones
as if it were justice and not personal
gain they were after.
Atop the UN system, the one
body that could authorize air strikes
if you could still call it that, was
run for the month by the United Arab
Emirates, which engaged in
extrajudicial detention and
refoulement, and whose royals had
stolen so much, from Malaysians and
now, through Socotra, from Yemenis.
In the world of only-in-New
York, Larry Ray said he had exposed
Bernie Kerik, even as he turned Sarah
Lawrence College students into
prostitutes and human drones. Kurt was
covering the trial, shaking his head
as Santos Rosario finished up with
tales of diapers and a video he'd shot
of Larry Ray getting smashed in the
face by DiTommaso in the Hudson Hotel.
Would any jurors see Ray as a victim,
if only of insanity?
In the Jho Low trial in
Brooklyn finally the bill was coming
due. Like so many things, it came down
to numbers. Who stole the most? Who's
Number One? Jho Low now laughing with
the CCP in China was at the top, with
$1.42 billion. How much was he having
to give them, like MBS' shake down in
the five-star jails in Saudi?
Najib despite his clown-faced
protests wracked up $756 million while
his son in law, and Wolf of Wall
Street backer, Riza Aziz stole $238
million.Shifty Goldman Sachs' Tim
Leissner stole $73.4 million, of which
he's returned at most $43.7 million,
while the subordinate he was
cooperating against, Roger Ng, took at
most $35.1 million.A
nice haul for sure. But the only
defendant?
On
the much air-brushed, by many parties,
front of the UAE, Khadem al-Qubaisi
was said to have taken $472.8 million
and an Aabar-ite on whom Kurt vowed to
have more took $76.6 million. And the
other UAE royals and diplomats? The
UAE Mission of Lana Nusseibeh had yet
to answer a single e-mail, and
colluded with the UN of weasel of
Sutton Place Antonio Guterres in
banning all questions.
Aziz
had to pay back $60 million he put
into the Wolf of Wall Street. So why
hadn't any of the money put into UN
affiliates, including well documented
and even publicized transactions by
Jho Low (including to the UN
Foundation and IRIN now re-named) been
returned? This would be a public and
ongoing project. #TheWeaselsOfWallSteet.
Kurt had first heard
of Jho Low while still in
the UN, before he was thrown
out. Jho Low appeared at a
UN press conference in front
of the ubiquitous and now
defiled logo.
