SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 5 – Hanjin Shipping Co.
demanded payment for shipping
from Geodis USA, Inc. - but it
was for shipping never
delivered. So Geodis sued
Hanjin.
On
December 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties
propose that fact discovery
runs through March 3, with
expert discovery until April
18. Inquiry was made into
arbitration.
The case is
Geodis USA, Inc. v. Hanjin
Shipping Co., Ltd., 21-cv-7992
(Caproni)
