SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 28 – Kyle Schei and John
Wantz sued AT&T for
stealing their twinning
technology.
On April
28, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
AT&T has
moved to disqualify the
plaintiffs' counsel, citing
prior representation of
AT&T in over 100 patent
infringement cases. Twinning,
indeed.
The case is
Network Apps, LLC et al v.
AT&T Inc. et al.,
21-cv-718 (Failla)
