SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 19 – The Fairbridge Inn
and Suites in Highland Falls
in Orange County, New York,
has been sued under the
Americans with Disabilities
Act.
Plaintiff
Saim Sarwar lives in Florida
and has limited use of her
hands; she is visually
impaired and relies on a
wheelchair. She visited the
website of the property "but
was unable to do so."
She sued, via a
firm in Newton,
Massachusetts.
The case has been
assigned to U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl; Inner City
