SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 23 – Masha Kahn worked at
HSBC, authoring for example
reports on Uber and Lyft.
She complained
that members of her team faced
discrimination and then was
herself fired. She
sued.
On January
22 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Fact
discovery will run to July 23;
a five to six day trial is
anticipated.
The case is Kahn
v. HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.
et al., 20-cv-7117 (Liman)
