SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 27 – Simon Letchford was
CEO of consultancy Scotwork
North America from November
2015 until the end of 2018
when, citing his employment
agreement, he provided notice
he would step back and that
Brian Buck would be the next
CEO.
But then a
dispute arose.
On September 27 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held an oral
argument. Inner City Press
covered it.
At issue
were Letchford's right to a
trailing Profit Share of over
$1 million. He has moved for
partial summary judgment; the
defendant's counsel withdrew
in May 2021.
The case is
Letchford v. Scotwork (North
America) Inc. et al.,
19-cv-8921 (Abrams)
