SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 1 – Gary Tatintsian sued
Mikhail Vorotyntsev for
defrauding him on Shoplink
stock.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The complaint
said that Vorotyntsev and his
wife used Shoplink funds for a
$12,000 a month apartment,
$40,000 of Chanel goods and
more at "smoke shops."
On March 16 Judge
Woods denied the defendants'
request to reopen discovery.
Letters for summary judgment
were said due by May 14.
On June 1 Judge
Woods held a conference
concerning Plaintiffs'
proposed motions for summary
judgment. There was
acrimonious talk about stolen
code and "bad acts." It moves
forward, and we will continue
to cover it.
The case is
Tatintsian et al v.
Vorotyntsev et al., 16-cv-7203
(Woods)
