SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – Kenjy Orellana sued
Real Innovative Construction
LLC and Carlos Morales for not
paying overtime or minimum
wage.
On January 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Valerie E. Caproni held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Carlos Morales said he had
only become aware of the case,
he had been in Florida.
Judge Caproni
referred it to Magistrate
Judge Robert W. Lehrburger, to
set up a status conference
preferably in the afternoon to
accommodate Morales' work
schedule.
The case is

Innovative Construction, LLC
et al., 18-cv-8396 (Caproni /
