SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 29 – A consignment of
fresh grapes was to be shipper
from Peru to Los Angeles but
something went
wrong.
So Wolfes and von
Etzdorf Assecuranzbureau OHG
sued APL Co. PTE Ltd.
The case
was assigned to U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla. Inner
City Press is covering
it.
Depositions
are to be completed by August
13, after which the parties
say they want a settlement
conference. It seems they are
near.
The case is
Wolfes & von Etzdorf
Assecuranzbureau OHG v. APL
Co. PTE Ltd., 20-cv-10499
(Failla)
