Stock Case Has Allegation Of Funds At
Chanel & Smoke Shops No More Discovery

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 – Gary Tatintsian
sued Mikhail Vorotyntsev for
defrauding him on Shoplink
stock.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The complaint
said that Vorotyntsev and his
wife used Shoplink funds for a
$12,000 a month apartment,
$40,000 of Chanel goods and
more at "smoke shops."
On March 16 Judge
Woods denied the defendants'
request to reopen discovery.
Letters for summary judgment
must be filed by May 14.
