SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 3 – Four Abrahams are
charged with defrauding an
online retailer and e-commerce
platform for $19
million.
On October 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
As alleged, the
scheme involved over-shipping
and the use of VPNs.
Judge Abrams
inquired, and set another
conference for November 5,
excluding time under the
Speedy Trial Act until then.
The case is US v.
Abraham et al., 20-cr-411
(Abrams)
