April 13 –
Brian Aarne sued the LIRR
after an injury left him with
tinnitus.
On April 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
accident happened on July 19,
2017.
Judge Cronan
asked when it had been known
that a discovery request was
being opposed. He was not
happy with the answer, and let
counsel know.
The case is Aarne
v. Long Island Railroad
