SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – ADP is being sued
for overcharging business
customers.
On June
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
plaintiffs' lawyer said he
would have liked to have filed
in New Jersey, that's where
his clients are.
Judge Engelmayer
offered the services of SDNY
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron.
The case is Kares
Management, Inc. v. ADP, Inc.,
21-cv-2084 (Engelmayer)
