SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 3 – Kyle Johnson is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, an Armi Fratelli
Tanfoglio SPA 9-mm model BTA
90 semi-automatic pistol.
On May 3, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held an arraignment. Inner
City Press covered
it.
The charges are
based on the execution of a
search warrant at 1469 Fulton
Avenue in The Bronx on
February 23; it also cites
marijuana.
Johnson pleaded
not guilty. Judge Failla
ordered that discovery is due
in two weeks, with another
conference set for June 29.
