SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 27 – Remcoda amid the
COVID-19 pandemic arranged
with , Russell Gross, Ridge
Hill Trading (PTY), Petrichor
and others to buy personal
protected equipment for
$4,600,000.
But it did not
get the PPE. It
sued.
On October
27 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Ramos ruled that Gross can
file a motion for judgment on
the pleadings by November 10.
But he declined to stay
discovery.
The case is
