SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 17 –
The Pullman Group has sued the
Isley Brothers for "secretly
behind Pullman's back
negotiating to sell valuable
exclusive musical
assets."
On March 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There is a move
to quash the Pullman Group's
subpoenas.
Some are directed
to the Isley's former
attorney.
Pullman says the
Isley Defendants have not
produced a single document in
three months.
The case is The
Pullman Group, LLC v. Isley et
al., 20-cv-7293 (Woods)
