Honduras Given Summonses In The Bronx
Pleads Guilty to Illegal Re-entry

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – Oscar Samuel Guifaro
Hernandes was charged with
illegal re-entry of the United
States.
He is a
native of Honduras, convicted
for sale of narcotics in
Connecticut in 2005.
Then he was given
a summons on East 181st Street
in The Bronx on November 18,
2020, and on Simpson Street on
January 14.
On June
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Guifaro Hernandes changed his
plea to guilty, and got in
context an expedited
sentencing: August 19.
