SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 5 – Peter Thomson has sued
CRF - Cluster Model Program
LLC about mistreatment in the
homeless shelter at 1815
University Avenue in The
Bronx.
On May 5,
On May 5, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Much of the
proceeding involved trying to
identify a particular former
employee at the shelter, who
Thomas called "Mister G" and
defense counsel said might be
one Antonio
Gonzalez.
Thomson started
describing him - five foot
seven, Hispanic - when Judge
Failla said defense counsel
had never in fact seen him.
The case
management plan deadlines have
been stayed pending a further
order.
