SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 18 – Investors who poured
$4 million into Mantu, an
encrypted technology platform
for customers like the
governments of Kazakhstan and
Ukraine, have
sued.
On February 18
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Mantu's
sales pitch was that it was
founded by members of the
Israeli Defense Forces.
But is was never
close to deployment. The
defendants want to remove the
case, not only as they already
have from state to Federal
court, but all the way to
Israel.
The case is HSM
Holdings, LLC v. Mantu I.M.
Mobile LTD. et al., 20-cv-967
(Liman)
