SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 22 – Life Style Futon,
Inc. sued Tucows in a case
about the use of its EASY FIT
SLIPCOVER trademark without
consent.
On
March 22, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Judge Woods said
he expected to address
plaintiff's request for a
preliminary injunction.
But
actually, Tucows want to
submit more evidence on the
allegation that Tucows
provided non-registrar
services to non-Tucows
defendants.
That was made
nearly immediately due.
The case is Life
Style Futon, Inc. et al v.
EasyFit Slipcover LTD. et al.,
21-cv-1482 (Woods)
