SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 5 – Durgamritha T.
Sundaram sued Nordstrom Inc.
and JD Fine for infringing a
patent for reversible
dresses.
On July 1, 2022
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge P. Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Castel asked why JD Fine was
not present, and had not asked
for an adjournment.
He said he would
have given one, but went
forward and referred the case
to mediation on August 2 at 10
am. He also set a conference
for November 4 at 10:30.
The case is
Sundaram v. Nordstrom Inc. et
al., 22-cv-3280 (Castel)
