SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 26 – Marcos Delacruz has
been on supervised release
after a narcotic conviction.
He has been detained since
January.
On April 26 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held an
arraignment then sentencing.
Inner City Press covered
it.
The charges
included not reporting for
substance abuse treatment
sessions.
Judge Koeltl
imposed a sentence of four
month, more than three of
which have already been
served, and 18 months more
supervised
release.
The defense
lawyer asked if that 18 months
includes the in-patient
treatment program. It does.
The case is US v.
Delacruz, 16-cr-262 (Koeltl)
