SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 20 – Robkiem Brown and
Hassan Bouchet were arrested
in the The Bronx on August 31,
2016, charged with robbing and
beating a livery cab driver.
After three state court
appearances, all charges were
droped on January 2, 2018.
They sued.
On February 19,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Liman ordered that both
plaintiffs appear for a
conference on March 9, unless
they file a stipulation of
discontinuance before then.
The case is Brown
et al v. O'Neill et al.,
