SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Scott Swayze
went as a Honda repairman to
14 Mirror Lake Road in Spring
Valley NY on June 15, 2018 and
was bitten by a pit bull. He
sued.
On November 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
initial question was who was
the owner of the dog, and who
the owner of the property, or
Honda. Judge Ramos said that
Magistrate Judge Robert
Lehrburger is the assigned
magistrate.
He asked for
filing, case management plans,
by next Monday.
The case is
Swayze v. Lafonant, et al.,
21-cv-4867 (Ramos)
