SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 22 – Global Refining
Group, Inc. has a database of
pricing information for tens
of thousands of catalytic
converters (Cats) and says it
owns the rights to thousands
of photos of these Cats.
It has sued
competitor PMD Analysis Inc.
of Canada.
On March
22, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Woods said that all fact
discovery should be completed
by July 20, and a status
conference held in September.
The case is
Global Refining Group, Inc. v.
PMD Analysis Inc. et al.,
21-cv-532 (Woods)
