SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 2 – Jordan Krolich entered
into a joint venture to
acquire quick service
restaurants. But things
soured, and he
sued.
On
November 2 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
One of the
lawyers apologized that his
screen name was not his own.
Judge Abrams quipped, At least
you're not a cat.
At issue
were, among other things,
Arby's restaurants, Starbucks
and the DVD vending chain Red
Box.
The case is
Krolick et al v. Sloane et
al., 17-cv-881 (Abrams)
