SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 2 – Pioneer GP Limited
sued Daria Valdez over fraud
including proceeds from the
case of 10 East 63rd Street in
Manhattan.
On July 29,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Denise L.
Cote held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
At issue was
Pioneer actually serving
papers on the defendants.
Judge Cote
ordered that plaintiffs much
execute service of process on
Daria Valdez by October 28,
and update on that day on
their efforts to serve
co-defendant Jason Sweeney.
The case is
Pioneer GP Limited et al v.
Valdez et al., 22-cv-373
(Cote)
