SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Fernando Diaz
slipped and fell in the
bathroom of Room 1105 of the
Knickerbocker Hotel at 6 Times
Square in Manhattan on
November 9, 2019. He
sued.
On November 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties
do not agree to go before a
magistrate (here, Magistrate
Judge Kevin N. Fox). Judge
Ramos invited them to contact
chambers for any referral to
the Mediation Program.
If they don't,
and don't otherwise settle,
the next conference is
November 2, 2022.
The case is
Diaz v. RLJ Lodging Trust LP
et al., 21-cv-6764
(Ramos)
