SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 30 – Zachary S. Seid and
Anthony Cracchiolo are charged
with conspiracy to commit
health care fraud and wire
fraud.
On June
29, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John P. Cronan
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Counsel
said they are in serious
discussions to resolve the
case. Judge Cronan listened
then set a next conference for
September 14 at 4:30 pm.
