SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 29 – Jing Zhang sued
Xueyuan Han of 377 Rector
Street, Penthouse, for fraud.
On March
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Woods denied plaintiffs'
application for an order of
attachment and said
defendants' motions are due by
April 14.
There may be an
amended complaint. (Judge
Woods had pointed words about
some of the claims).
The case is Zhang
et al v. Han et al.,
