"Triple Shot" has given rise
to another vanilla / taste
case.
On
March 4, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The lawyers were
citing the constellation of
other vanilla cases, from SDNY
Judges Woods and Caproni,
among others.
Does a reasonable
consumer, seeing an image of a
vanilla bean, believe the
Monster drink includes a
significant quantity of real
vanilla bean?
