SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 8 – Meryl Brodsky, NYC
candidate, sued the Campaign
Finance Board pro se, citing
fraud on the court and
"concealed evidence at the
Sheriff's
Office."
On December 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ernesto Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The City wants to
move to dismiss, on grounds
including res judicada.
Judge Ramos said
he will allow the motion and
set a schedule: moving papers
December 15, response January
12 and reply January 19.
The case is
Brodsky v. The New York City
Campaign Finance Board et al.,
21-cv-5004 (Ramos)
