March 31 – Phillip Toretto
sued Donnelley Financial
Solutions and Mediant
Communications for damage
caused by
hackers.
On March
31, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Mediant wants to
file a motion to dismiss,
saying it acted quickly and
effectively after the hack.
But is that
enough?
