Oct 18 – Trustees of the
Fulton Fish Market Pension
Fund sued M. Slavin &
Sons, Ltd and others for
delinquent payments to the
Fund.
On October
13, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jesse M. Furman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Furman
entered a default judgement
against M. Slavin & Son at
its last known place of
business in the Hunts Point
Market, for $762,987.17 and
attorney's fees over $20,000.
Interest will compound.
