SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 9 – Stolt Tank
Containers B.V. has sued
Magnakron Corporation in a
maritime dispute. The latter
has "a focus on coconut-based
products."
On March 9,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
As often happens
in maritime law cases, at
least in the SDNY, it was
collegial and business-like.
The parties propose to end
fact discovery by July 7.
The case is Stolt

Magnakron Corporation,
