Now Has October Trial in SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 1 – Deiondre Harris is
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, eight .45 caliber
bullets.
On July 1, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The case is
moving fast. The shooting at
issue was on April 5, 2021,
and SDNY Magistrate Judge
Sarah Netburn signed a warrant
for the search of Harris'
apartment on April 6.
Now Judge Rakoff
has set trial for October 12.
The case is US v.
Harris, 21-cr-338 (Rakoff)
