SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – Israel Morales sued
Performance Master Inc. for
violations of the Fair Labor
Standards Act at the job site
at 325 East 22nd Street in
Manhattan.
On January 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
plaintiffs' lawyer said he is
preparing an amended
complaint, and that he
expected the so-far absent
Performance Master to then
appear - they have been
reached out to by phone.
A case management
plan was adopted and a next
conference, all the way on
November 3, 2022, was set.
The case is
Morales et al v. Performance
Master, Inc. et al., 21-cv-97
(Ramos)
