Oct 14 – Jose Luis Agapito
worked at Tal Bagels. But they
didn't pay overtime. He sued.

Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner

The
parent of the employer, Amir
Ram Bagels, Inc., wants to
file a motion to refer the
matter to the EDNY Bankruptcy
Court.
Judge Aaron said
he looks forward to seeing the
papers; he gave them one week.
