Kevin L. Archer sued NTF
Investment Group 1501, LLC for
its vehicle having crashed
into his on the Cross Bronx
Expressway near the Boston
Road overpass back on November
2, 2018.
On May 27, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Valerie E. Caproni held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Caproni asked the parties if
they would like a referral to
the assigned Magistrate Judge
Stewart D. Aaron.
She pushed
the expert discovery deadline
back to September 1 and set an
in-person status conference
for September 23 at 10 am.
