SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 28 – Bilt Technologies,
Inc. sued Bilt, Inc. in a
trademark dispute.
On
September 23, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge P. Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Bilt Tech
brags that it uses the mark to
a "revolutionary consumer
loyalty program," and says
Bilk Inc. only has a mobile
app.
Judge
Castel ordered that by
November 11 the parties must
submit a proposed stipulation
regarding the submission of
briefing papers for the
parties intended motions for
summary judgment.
The case is Bilt
Technologies, Inc. v. Bilt,
Inc., 21-cv-9500 (Castel)
