SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 5 – Jermal Lincoln is
charged with being a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, four G.F.L. 9-mm Luger
bullets.
On January 5, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Ramos urged that the
case move forward.
But Lincoln's
lawyer said that in the Essex
jail, there are for now no
legal visits. It was the
second time in the day Inner
City Press heard about that
Essex.
In this
case Judge Ramos sent a next
conference for March 9.
The case is US v.
Lincoln, 21-cr-442
(Ramos)
