violations.
On December 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Chinese
Media Net, typically, never
showed up. Judge Abrams
granted August Image's motion
for default judgment, for
$30,000.
