SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 23 – Esteban Miranda is
charged with a series of armed
robberies in The Bronx.
There was a fruit
stand on June 30, 2020; there
was a grocery store on June 8,
2020. There was the robbery of
a cell phone and wallet at gun
point, with demand for
PINs.
On
May 21, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a proceeding.

Miranda's
Federal Defender spoke about
cognitive issues, and
evaluation. Judge Failla set
the next conference for July
23.
